the buntous just keep healing after each damage they get from punchs to zanpakutous.they collect spirit particles like quincys but they don't use it to kill,they use it to heal.

the captian of the 11 sqaud got defeated by ichigo ,so they joined him to save rukia from the white tower.youruichi-san trains ichigo to use bankai and flash steps .soon ichigo goes to save rukia from death.ichigo also defeated 3 lieutenants with his bare hands .now it is ichigo vs byakuya so on to more bleach.
